All orders are vacuum sealed and shipped discreetly & securely through Canada Post Xpresspost.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15, or free on orders $150. Please note that your subtotal must be over $149 to qualify for free shipping.

We don’t offer same-day delivery. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost.

To update your shipping address, go to My Account > Addresses > Shipping Address.

If you have already placed your order and need to change your address then please contact us immediately.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. We assess each situation based on the order tracking updates. Optional insurance is available, offering 100% coverage in the event your package is lost or stolen.

Pay safely and securely with your credit card through our encrypted network. For your privacy, a discreet name will appear on your statement.

We do not accept returns and strongly advise against sending any goods back, as this is for your safety. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Packages may be returned to the sender if the shipping address is incorrect—for example, a wrong postal code or missing unit number. Please double-check that your address is entered correctly.
